Old magic summons new dead
Vast shadow to darken my skin
Our forebearers, slow mirrors of sin

In the wake of this battle's stark reaches
My hand has become as black plague
on the wings of this fire I rise to the heavens
I fall on my sword as the stage

In the field where the corpse has turned flower
My harvest has wasted the young
Halcyon our the days of the ancients
when great was our lovers sweet sum

If I stare at this mountain too long it will certainly cave in my head
All this time, the whims of the people are staring into my need's dark oblivion

Golden dawn on the Blackening Valley
my shadows no longer my friend
The sun he has spoken in tongues of sweet fire that has
rendered our kingdoms fast end

Swarms of creatures their wings beating rhythms
and sounding the call of wars drum
beating a cadence with marches of tyrants
whose penance has already come
